Hi, I'm Dr. Lauren DeCicco, DPT

I work with high performers, leaders, and organizations who are successful on paper — but internally running on stress, tension, and constant mental load.

My background blends nervous system science, somatic regulation,
performance optimization, and leadership application. I specialize in helping driven people move out of chronic “survival mode” and into a regulated state where focus, decision-making, and sustainable performance become the default — not something you have to force.

This program is designed for people who are already highly capable and carrying a lot. The intention isn’t to add another task or obligation, but to change how your system is holding the load you already have. By learning to regulate your stress response and reduce internal reactivity, many participants find that their existing responsibilities feel more manageable, decisions require less effort, and their overall capacity expands — without needing to do more or push harder.

How much time does this require each week?

The course is designed for full schedules. Most participants spend 20–40 minutes a few times per week engaging with lessons and practices, plus brief daily regulation tools that take only minutes. The emphasis is consistency and integration, not adding more to your workload.

Is this course therapy or medical treatment?

No. This program is educational and coaching-based, focused on nervous system regulation, stress response patterns, and performance support. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care, and it’s designed to complement — not substitute — other forms of support you may already have.

What do you actually teach in this program?
